Access and Inclusion Plan

The Disability Services Act 1993 (amended 2004) requires all Local Governments to develop and implement a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) or Access and Inclusion Plan (AIP) to ensure people with disabilities have equal access to:

  • Facilities
  • Events
  • Services
  • Customer service
  • Make complaints
  • Participate in consultation
  • Employment.

Access and Inclusion Plan 2021/22 – 2023/24

The new City of Joondalup Access and Inclusion Plan 2021/22 – 2023/24 was approved by Council in November 2021. This new Plan will aim to address physical accessibility and social inclusion for everyone visiting, working or living in the City of Joondalup.
